Frequently Asked Questions:

1.  What do I have to do to get my discount on the food processor?

After you add your order to your cart, enter your discount code in the appropriate box at checkout. You will see the price change from $79.98 to $59.98.

2.  I would like to return the product(s) for a refund.  What should I do?

Refunds in full are offered on unused product(s) only.  If the item(s) have been used, see below for replacement policy.

Include in your package your receipt of purchase, physical address and email address to receive a full refund for the price of the product.  Shipping cost is not reimbursed.   Upon receipt a refund check will be issued and sent to the address included in your package.  NOTE:  Be sure to place the unused product in its original box and then put the boxed product in a sturdy shipping box prior to mailing. 

UNCONDITIONAL LIFETIME GUARANTEE AND REPLACEMENT POLICY:

All My Chef Vinni products carry an unconditional lifetime warranty.  Email your request to vinni@trulifemedia.tv. Include a photo of the item that needs to be replaced along with your name, street address, and email address.  Customer service will respond with next steps for replacement.  

3. I have a broken part and can't use my manual food processor. How do I order a new part under warranty?

Before you place your order online, be sure to:

1.  Take a picture of the broken part that needs to be replaced.  

2.  Email the photo(s) to Vinni@trulifemedia.tv.

3.  Include your name, street address, and email address.

AFTER COMPLETING STEPS 1-3:

1. Click here for "FOOD PROCESSOR REPLACEMENT/WARRANTY." 

2.  Add it to your cart for $0.00 and check out just as if you were placing an order. Be sure to add shipping as this is the only thing you will be asked to pay.  Your order will be processed and your replacement will be promptly sent to you. 

4.  INDIVIDUAL KNIFE AND KNIFE SET REPLACEMENT:

My Chef Vinni Signature Collection carries an unconditional lifetime warranty. 

Before you place your order online, be sure to:

1.  Take a picture of each knife in the knife set to be replaced.  

2.  Email the photo(s) to vinni@trulifemedia.tv.

3.  Include your name, street address, and email address.

The shipping rate for an individual knife is $14.99.  The shipping rate for replacement of the full knife set is $29.99.  After completing Steps 1-3:
